Pamela Perry is a highly respected mediator, having resolved a wide variety of cases including commercial, employment, insurance, health care, personal injury, professional liability, antitrust, land use and other matters. Pam has written and lectured extensively on alternative dispute resolution, and prepares thoroughly for each mediation. In February of 2013, she was one of five experienced mediators that addressed the importance of preparing the mediator at the "Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution" panel discussion at the Dade County Bar Association’s Bench and Bar Conference. She also gave the Keynote address at the Spellman-Hoeveler American Inn of Court South Florida Trial Lawyer Luncheon in July of 2012, and participated in the ABA Panel, "Top Ten Mistakes We're Making in Mediation and Didn't Even Know It" in April of 2011. In addition, she has published several articles concerning mediation in the Daily Business Review including, "The Elephant Not In the Room", co-authored with Retired Circuit Judge Ellen Leesfield (December 11, 2015); "Counsel Should Prep Mediators On Issues, Dynamics of Case" (July 20, 2012) and "Mediator Responds to Rodent: Present Your Case, Not Just Your Number" (September 17, 2012). Criminal Defense in All Courts

For over thirty years, Pam Perry has represented hundreds of persons being investigated or prosecuted for alleged misconduct by state and federal authorities. She has defended cases involving allegations of fraud, drug trafficking, homicide, public corruption, health care fraud, and a wide variety of other offenses in state and federal courts. In addition, Pam taught Federal Criminal Practice at the University of Miami School of Law as an adjunct professor, and was the first woman president of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Miami Chapter. Pam has written in the area of jury selection and change of venue, and is often asked to co-counsel matters with other lawyers. Pam never loses sight of the fact that her efforts often profoundly affect her clients' reputations, finances, livelihood, and freedom, and has developed a reputation for working relentlessly and meticulously on behalf of her clients.

In addition to her criminal and health care practice, Pam has briefed and argued a wide variety of issues in medical malpractice, personal injury, administrative, and commercial disputes.
